Email [email protected] and we respond within 2 business days — usually much faster. Include your store’s .myshopify.com domain; never email invoice files containing anything you consider sensitive — we will ask for what we need through a secure channel.

Getting started

1. Install the app — your last 60 days of orders sync automatically.
2. Upload a carrier invoice on the Invoices page (CSV or XLSX, up to 25 MB). UPS and FedEx exports are recognized automatically; anything else opens the column mapper once, and the mapping is reused for every future file with the same columns.
3. Review what the audit found on the Findings page — every finding shows exactly how it was calculated.

Common questions

Which invoice formats are supported? CSV and XLSX exports from UPS Billing Center and FedEx Billing Online are recognized automatically; any other parcel or LTL CSV/XLSX works through the column mapper.

A billed shipment didn’t match an order. Open Match review: confirm the suggested shipment, assign one manually, or mark the line “not ours”. Findings recalculate automatically after each decision.

How do disputes work? Mark a finding for dispute on the Findings page, then create the dispute on the Disputes page — the app assembles a PDF evidence package with the calculation, references and matched order. You file it with your carrier (we never contact your carrier), then record the outcome. Recovered value only counts what your carrier actually credited.

What happens at a plan limit? Processing pauses and the app asks you to upgrade — hitting a limit never creates extra charges.

How do I delete my data? Uninstall the app: data is kept 30 days in case you reinstall, then permanently deleted. Email us for an export or earlier deletion — see the Privacy Policy.

Something looks wrong?

If a calculation looks incorrect, tell us the finding and order number — every finding stores its inputs and arithmetic, so we can trace it exactly. Calculation issues are treated as our highest-priority bugs.
